Monopoly. High rates. Horrible.

This is a company designed to rip you off. My father used their service for decades and when he passed away they used every excuse possible to get out of paying his capital credit to the estate. Their employees lied to me multiple times about why they couldn't pay the money out to the estate. Then someone in their legal department that handles this had the nerve to lie and say they weren't notified of his death when he was staring at a death certificate that had been in their system for over a year and a half. Not to mention the employees and the attorney were terribly rude, which is a swell way to treat a grieving daughter of a loyal customer. If you have the option I would take your money anywhere else.
