The technicuan sent was very professional and courteous, the company was a slow to send a plumber, had to wait an extra day.

My name is Lisa Moore. My girlfriend and I bought this house back in November of 2009. When the tub started to drain slowly, we were clueless. We were told to start with Drano foam which we did. Needless to say about 5 or so Drano/Liquid Plumber containers down the tub, snaking the drain, and plunging the drain now we had an even bigger problem. The tub stopped draining all together. So, finally we bit the bullet and called Roto Rooter. You guys responded quickly and were very efficient. So efficient that when called to come back out and explain the process, our plumber was like "I will be right over." I just want to take the time to thank you for everything you did. We are grateful. Thank you.
