Not happy at all. what I asked for is not what I received. I asked for 1/8th inch thick steel sheet and was giving 11 gauge. Asked for .050 aluminum andreceived. 060 Yes I know it's not much of a difference but when I pay for .125 i want .125. Not .120. . I didnt ask for the size you gave me. they always do that stuff to save a penny and lie to the customers. Be careful when you buy things there cause alot of the sheet metal they get says rejected on it . I know cause I got a few pieces that they didn't hide the slips on that clearly shows they had bought it at an auction cause it WAS defective. I have since taken my business elsewhere because of the lies.. not to mention the way the one older gentleman talks to the other workers, I don't know who it is but he had me mad one day. He kept screaming at the young kid to do something and the young kid was doing as he told him, but the guy kept yelling at him when I confronted the older men upfront they got all ticked off and wanted to throw money off the bill. Turns out it was the owner, then to find out from other guys in my business that they had the same problems with this company. Suprised they haven't noticed all 5 of our accounts moved on to a different metal yard in philly. Next time treat your employees right , or atleast do it behind closed doors so customers don't see it

Requested a detailed quote on a wide selection of material but was told they were not interested in shipping that much material to me but would deliver it or I could come get it, would not tell me what the cost would be, IF I bought more. They would not provide me the detailed quote, items and the prices, as I had requested. They are located about an hour and a half away from me and I am not driving THAT far without the information I requested.
