John, the afternoon supervisor is rude, abrupt, and do unprofessional and combative in telephone demeanor refusing to answer 1 wuestion about their services, that I would never trust them to service my disabled family member. Additionally, he refused to forward me to his supervisor when he refused to answer any questions. This is unheard of in this business. Yuck!!!
