DAI pointed out which up-sales weren't needed and brought our costs back down. DAI helped us save on our advertising program. They pointed out ways we were wasting money which we wouldn't have noticed without them.

I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. Before using DAI we always went with suggestions from the people who were selling us the ad. This led to a lot of up-sales and increased costs over the years.

The process is stream-lined and much more pleasant to deal with. We have found the services to be timely, concise, and save us a lot of time and effort. With the downtrend in telephone book usage, Directory Assistants, Inc. is working with us to get a "better bang for our buck". Lisa Dondero is a gem! She has always taken the time to talk live to answer questions that arise. I appreciate her knowledge, and the fact that she is always willing to share. There are so many yellow page books now, and it's quite confusing to determine if the service is legitimate. DAI has taken that time consuming burden away. I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc.

DAI was able to streamline my ads and deal directly with the reps. The staff and the program was great. I was able to save a lot of money with the program. The staff was able to show me the amount of money that I was spending and wasting on ads. I would highly recommend the services of DAI agency and have been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. The yellow page sales reps were very annoying and trying to oversell me with ads that were not to my benefit.

The yellow page sales reps... pushy know it alls that just wanted you to spend more money every year no matter how the year went financially.......the theory spend more to make more with no research to back them up. DAI and I have sat down came up with a plan and executed it plain and simple. If I didn't want to do something they didn't push me. I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. Awesome people, made you see the truth of what we all were hiding behind overall excellent so far.
