I ordered an arrangement a week in advance to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Not only was the arrangement never delivered, but I have spent the last 4+ weeks contacting the local branch as well as the corporate office trying to get my money back. I have placed at least 25 phone calls. Weeks ago I was told by the store manager that I should be receiving my money within a few days. This has not happened. This has been a colossal waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business. Should anyone at Edible Arrangement be reading this, know that I will be spending my time social distancing by writing reviews on every social media platform until you rectify this situation. ✌🏻

I love their fruit! Their customer service there is outstanding. Samantha helped me pick out the perfect package to have at my sister's baby shower. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. I definitely will be ordering from them again!
