My dad had issues with some large Quest Diagnostics offices in the past. Now he is on oxygen and can't wait for long lines. When I went to the Nye Rd, Glastonbury location recently​ to confirm that they had a requisition for blood work. They did, however I was not told that there was a certain time the test had to be done. Also I was told that I would have to go on-line to schedule an appointment the appointment could not be made there. When I took him for his scheduled appointment I was given the bad news about the time issue (this could\should have been told to me at my first trip there). When we came at the appointment time I met Sara Novoa who was very helpful. She explained about the time for the blood test and she went online and made my dad an appointment for the test (I did not have to go on-line myself). When we came in for the test Sara was there and took care of my dad. Next time I have a blood test I will go only to the Nye Rd location and hope that Sara is there.
