I don't know how people are calling them honest especially David. I had a broken lid lock for my Washer. This was my first time getting a appliance fixed that's why I didn't know how things worked. Anyhow I already knew that the lock was broken so he didn't have to do any diagnoses. He came and opened 2 screws and put a new lock and charged me $200 within 5 mins. I felt so stupid that this guy made fool out of me due to my lack of knowledge because the lid lock was only $40 to $50. I even asked him about details like how much is the part and labor regardless he told me before that he would charge $200. Now I learned my lesson after paying $150 for a 5 mins labor. Yes the problem is fixed but you cannot call these guys honest. He should have charged fair price for labor and parts. These kind of people don't go long thus they obviously won't be referred or called back after the ripped you off first time.

I would highly recommend David and his team. A few months ago, I called Appliance Dr. to schedule an appt. for a "sick" washing machine. David knew from my description the model I owned and the issue I was describing. Rather than wasting my time and money scheduling a repair, he presented the pros and cons for repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace rather than repair, but I valued his honesty. When my Kenmore range recently fell ill, I called David and once again he predicted the cause. Danny, a technician, came to my home, on time, and swiftly fixed the problem. He charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone. No surprises, no drama, just fair and honest service. They deserve your business.

I have used David Jenkins for many years and always find him honest and fair. He always tells me upfront what he thinks might be going on with my appliance and lets me know if it's worth even repairing. Makes me feel like he's really taking care of me.
