I was searching for someone to repair my power mower in the far west end .... most places charged $50 or more just to look at it, plus cost of repairs that would have amounted to $100+, and had a 3+ week backup. Then I found Arthur's ... all done in 3 days with new belts, new blade, and a power wash to boot for only $67. Thanks, guys! Good job.

Been going here since I can remember, many years, staff is very knowledgeable and prices are very fair, they can answer just about any question and get you just about any part, I use them for all my small engine, chain saw, weedeaters, mowers, zero turn lawn equipment etc.
Could not recommend a better place to refer anyone, whether for personal or commercial equipment purchases, parts or repairs.

Arthur's is a local company with community oriented owners! They have all the equipment for your yard, from the powerful leaf blower to the rose bush hand pruner (which both of mine have lasted forever-good quality). If you are looking for the tools for do-it-yourself yard projects, eg. gardens, grass cutting, leaf removal, this place specializes in that stuff. They can also tune-up or repair your equipment when needed. Nice to have someone nearby who knows what they are talking about; they always have what you need!

I was thoroughly disappointed after I entered this business. I waited and waited..and was never acknowledged. The staff there are extremely rude and could care less about customer service. I will never again step foot into this establishment.

I most often find the parts I need but to go there for a repair? well be prepared to pay to much, and expect a long waiting period, they have a good location if you don't know Richmond,if you do know Richmond you can find better.
