Kim was an extraordinary cashier. She was extremely pleasant & wished myself and my daughter a happy mother’s day & told us that if we had a broken item that we could bring it back anytime for a return. She was working two registers to jeep line moving quickly & smoothly. I will definitely be visiting this store again verses the one closer to me. The drive is worth the service. She deserves a raise. I noticed her glasses were broken, maybe the company could get her new frames. What a great positive employee!

good products, poor service

I brought my computer in for service and gave them a detailed description of what was wrong and asked that they call me and let me know what they find out when they find it out. I never once received a phone call (or email) explaining what was wrong. I had to call daily and ask them what was going on. Each day I called, I asked to be called or emailed daily. Only happened once. The phone call I did get said they couldn't find the problems I described that I was having at home and that they didn't do anything to do it as I didn't authorize them to (I had said - when I brought it in - that I would decide that based on how much any repairs would cost).



When I picked up the computer, I had them plug it in and it had the exact same problems I described the week before. They kept it to re-examine. I again reiterated that I be emailed or called DAILY about the progress of the diagnosis. Again, no phone calls or emails. One day when I called, the phone rang and rang and rang - both in Geek Squad and customer service. I finally got hold of a customer service agent and told her no one was answering the phone and she said, "I know, it kept ringing." Well, if you heard it ring, why didn't you answer it??? She had no more luck contacting Geek Squad than I did. She asked if I wanted to leave a message and I did and asked that I be called back. Guess what? I never was. It's been nearly two weeks and I still don't know what's going on with my computer. I will never use Best Buy services again anf the next time I need a computer, I'll buy it somewhere where I can get the best service AND the best buy!
