I went to the optical department to check out if the reviews were correct and they were all the staff were very friendly.I had a lady named Sharon she explained to me about the high index lens I needed and about the HD lens they have.Never heard of that type of lens before. They put them in my glasses and I love them every thing is Crystal clear.I paid way less at Costco for a complete pair than I would at my doctors office just for my lens.Every one was so very nice and very helpful.I will surely get my glasses there again.

I had the experience going to the Glen Allen COSTCO but some of their employees are very rude and arrogant no customer relation at all. It might be a good idea if they do surveys about the service of their employees. The company doesn't realize that customer service it is very important for any business to succeed otherwise they should done something about it.

This branch is large, has gasolne pumps, large options, very busy and needs to open more lines.



I love the produce department but do wish that we could get out of lines faster. My only complaint.
