Battery dead. Wife said, "Take it to Jim" AKA Glen Allen Service Center. I looked online to go purchase a batter and found one for my Ford Edge at $229 at our local auto supply store. Couldn't find the right extension for my socket and ended up at GA Service Center. Total bill with a top of the line Interstate battery was $200. Will stick with Jim McMillan from now on.
