Jamahk is an amazing person which leads to him being a great salesman. I've been on work and comp for some time now and Jamahl worked with me and got me in my Jeep Wrangler. I left so many other places disappointed and thought I was getting the same thing. He pulled it off!! Great job!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this place before purchasing a car, however, a friend worked there and I trusted them to not sell me a lemon. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima on 1/5/2015 with 14k miles on it...yesterday 6/7/2016 I had to have it towed to the Nissan Dealership to discover I need a transmission and the car only has $29k miles on it. How does a 2014 car need a transmission already...and found out the car had been in an accident prior to me purchasing it, although the CarFax report doesn't list that, but I'm not sure if all repair shops report to CarFax, but this car is a lemon. To say I'm upset is an understatement, but do yourselves a favor BYPASS THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Never buy from this place. I tried buying a truck from them last month and thought everything was gonna work out. A week later they told me the truck sold at auction and that it was gone. But on another site, it said that the truck was at this location (was at Bel-Air) and still available. Tried emailing them numerous times and no answer. So I went to the Glen Burnie location and they said they didn't have the truck. Being frustrated and annoyed with the situation I just decided to look elsewhere for a truck. Not even 2 days later they emailed me saying they actually had the truck. These people are nothing but liars.

Thanks to Sean Parker at Auto Showcase of Glen Burnie I have a new reliable ride! He was very professional and knowledgeable and made what to me is usually a long and painful experience very short and painless!!! I chose the vehicle I wanted, test drove it and was financed all within an hour...that's what I call GREAT service!!! I will definitely recommend Auto Showcase of Glen Burnie and Sean Parker to all of my family and friends that are in search for a vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

WARNING! NEVER ! Buy from them.

A good friend of mine bought a jeep from them, sold him a jeep that wouldn't pass inspection . You couldn't go over 50mph or you would loose control of the car , when he called because one out of 4 of the tires were almost bald, (that's why he thought it drove so bad )

They simply said it passed inspection.

After a few weeks of being gone and saved some money he brought the jeep to my shop to get a tire on, I test drove it and was blown away!

This jeep was so unsafe I ( a professional race car driver, used to driving 100mph sideways) was scared to drive this jeep.

So when I saw the tire that low and put a new one on and still drove bad , I checked over the car , sway bar endlinks were all broken, and much more wrong with this jeep.

Right away i knew they bought this inspection,

It is so unsafe I personally gave him my spare car to drive for him and his family.

Went to auto showcase , to be immediately disrespected by the "manager" at glen burnie . Yelling at me . Being very aggressive And yelling at me over nothing.

When taking to them as nice as possible. They still had attitudes calling both of us liars , telling us there is nothing they could do to keep his family safe on the jeep they sold him

They take advantage of people that don't know the ins and outs of cars. And I feel so bad for my friend ,

I wish I could have caught this sooner.

We would be in court .

Please don't make the same mistake .

This place is HORRIBLE !!!!

As I see the other reviews . I'm just adding to the list!

Everything these reviews are true. Now its time to put this and other dealers on notice. No more BS... be attentive with the start of your sales process and follow-through. Mandece (or however you spell his name) is unprofessional. Since he is the manager of the location is responsible for the brand and name of his staff and so called corporate headquarters in Bel Air. The owner - David is no where in sight and I believe he knows full well of the operation they are runny over in Glen Burnie. I will see this placed closed and Mandece never operate a car shop in America.

I am being neither reactionary nor rascist when I say that if you are not a person of color, this is not the place for you. I base this on my both treatment and observations on three separate occasions. On one, I was the only person in the lot, and wondered around in full sight of the office for approximately 10 minutes, but no one came out despite loud evidence that the office was staffed. On another, I walked the length of the lot twice, again in full sight of the office and was again ignored. Only to watch with dismay when an African American gentleman strolled on the lot and see a salesman rush out to meet him. On the third visit, I watched a caucasion couple walk around for over 10 minutes and I closely inspected 3 vehicles I was interested in. Not a salesperson in sight the entire time, until another African American drove into the lot and got out to look at a car. The Afican American salesperson promtly came out to greet the newcomer, ignoring the existing patrons. At this point I stepped inside to find someone. A black salesman made eye contact and pointedly walked into a dark office. Two other black salespersons looked out of an office, where they were loudly discussing the NCAA tournament and went back in. Finally, what I assume was a manager asked if he could help me. When I said, politely, that I wanted to asked about 3 trucks, he went to the darkened office, beckoned...frustratingly beckoned again...and finally loudly ordered the first salesman to come out. Which he slowly and reluctantly did, emphasizing his displesure but throwing his cell phone on a table and stalking over. When I asked for the mileage and price of one of the vehicles, it became immediately obvious that he either wanted me out or was appying a caucasion tax, since the cost of a rather high mileage 5 year old vehicle was only $2000 less than a new vehicle of similar attributes. When I politely stated that this was rather high for a truck with that many miles, he just shrugged and made shooing motions. I would be willing to conclude that this was just the reaction of one person, if it was not for observing this behavior multiple times on multiple customers. This was a thoroughly disheartening and disgusting repeat treatment by a biased staff.
