My fiancee and I have toured numerous wedding venues, trying to find the perfect place for our wedding next November. We were about to settle for a venue when we received a phone call from the wonderful staff of Bleues on the Water. We went down to check out the new site, and WOW! We usually try to keep an objective mindset every visit and talk about the pros and cons--this is the first time ever we could find no cons! We walked out, and both agreed right away that this was the perfect place to commemorate our special day! There are so many wonderful things about this venue I don't know where to begin! The gated entry was so nice, it gave it a feel of seclusion. It's far off the road, but not far enough that you loose cell phone signal. We were greeted and escorted on our tour by Mindy, Jill, and the owner/ founder himself! I think the best part of this venue may be the customer service. After touring so many venues with staff who give the impression that they are just there for a pay check, this is so refreshing! The ball room is INCREDIBLE! They really pull out all the bells and whistles with the decor packages/staging, and did I mention that it comes with uplighting?! Not to forget, an amazing amount of food, deserts, bar options, a wedding cake, AND multiple out door sites for a ceremony! I can't believe that we were about to settle for a venue that could not even come close to comparing! I am so happy and grateful that we found an affordable, elegant location for our wedding!
