Very poor service and rude stylist. They change prices and make you wait hours although you have an appointment. Had an appointment at 1pm told to come back at 5. They had no hair so I had to buy my own and still wait. The owner wanted to still charge full price. The staff was nasty a days did a bad job on my hair. Don't go there.

Very Unprofessional! I was given an appointment a week in advance. When i arrived for my appointment no one was there and there was about 9 other customers waiting. Finally ONE braider showed up late and opened the shop. She began to seat customers, not even asking who had appointments and who were walk ins. I waited for a manager who showed up 30 minutes later, who never asked my name or even spoke to me. I eventually was told i would have to wait 3-4 hours to get my hair braided. I walked out very upset and will not ever go back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
