I went into this establishment today to get nails and toes done for me and my mother. I noticed on their website they had a coupon for 50% off full sets,manicures, and pedicures. When I walked in I told the lady what I wanted and mentioned the coupon. She then said no problem and took me to the back to start the pedicures. Once the entire process was done she informed me it would be 160$. I said excuse me and mentioned the coupon again. She then told me that someone messed with their website and it wasn’t right and that she was not going to honor the coupon. I told her that I mentioned this to my nail tech before she even started she still refused to honor it. If it was a error it should have been stated before they began doing my nails. Also, it is terrible customer service to not honor a coupon that it CLEARLY noted on their website. I feel that this is honestly just a trick to get people in the door. Not to mention that my full set looks TERRIBLE. Nothing but acrylic trapped under my nails . I will not be going here again and I WILL be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Shady shady people here. Do not go here if you want to deal with honest and professional people!
