First off, there was a 30 minute wait, which really was a 40 to 50 minute wait. What was worse is how the whole place is run; 20+ people behind the counter getting in their own way; runners in the dining room chit-chatting with one another; the cashiers gossiping and checking their cellphones right infront of all the waiting customers; most of the workers just stood around with a dumb/confused expression on their face; greasy french fries on the floor that the staff obviously saw; the kitchen staff didn't talk to one another, tickets just kept rolling out of the machine and the cooks didn't even look at them; very unorganized, almost slipped walking in from the rain because there wasn't a rubber mat, there was a firetruck there because someone already did slip; but the worse was the 'management' , the manager looked like a customer. They didn't dress accordingly, a track suit with paint on it. They weren't greeting customers or giving direction to the staff, they just stood around watching the train wreck unfold infront of their eyes. The only honest hardworking persons their was the milkshake dude.
