I've been here on a Saturday morning since the 10 am opening time. It's 10:20 and still no one is here to open this store. Second time in two days. I think I'll take my services elsewhere. How can you run a business like this? And I was so impressed with the beds.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My wife was a member here for over a year and she stopped going while she was pregnant. After she came back, they had changed their billing policies and required her to attach our checking account to her membership. Since she hadn't been tanning and they hadn't charged her account due to the policy change, the manager informed her that she would not be billed for the past months and that her billing would start from that day. She paid cash for the first month but then they charged her double her membership fee from our checking account. The following month, they charged her double her membership fee again. So far we have paid for 5 months worth of tanning and it's only been TWO MONTHS!!!



We tried to contact the manager and owner on several occasions over the past MONTH but the manager only she's that she will "contact the owner". The manager and owner never return our calls and the manager claims the owner has been out-of-town the entire time.



Hot Spot Tanning doesn't do any of their own billing but use a third party company to do all their billing for them. Due to this, they cannot refund your money directly without going through the third party billing company. We talked to AAC (billing company) and asked why we were being charged double the monthly membership fee and they told us that those instructions came directly from Hot Spot Tanning.



We are currently trying to cancel our membership but it takes a 45 DAY written notice to the billing company in ORDER TO CANCEL!



PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place as they seem to care little about their customer base.

Horrible!! When I signed up here the lady talked me into buying 2 months unlimited and I would get 3 months of unlimited tanning. It was some type of deal for paying 2 months up front she said. Well I just went there and some other lady that works there told me that my membership was up (after 2 months). So pretty much that idiot that signed me up lied to me to get the commission and now I'm screwed out of money.

Honestly this place wasn't that great to begin with. Most of the girls who work here are rude and I always had to clean the bed off before I tanned because they were dirty or sweaty. So if you wanna stay disease free and not get ripped off than don't tan here.

This place is off the hook! It looks a little funky from outside but once you step inside it is pure class! The girls were really helpful and the beds were super. I don't know for sure but the lat time I checked, they were cheaper than Palm Beach Tan, Image Sun and Under the Sun Tanning. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting a great tan. glenburniediva

The equipment was nice and the atmosphere was a lil plain. The owner was quite rude tho. she insisted that i should buy 1 of her lotions. I felt a lil intimedated by her.
