Went in for a tooth extraction. My insurance covered simple extractions, but not surgical extractions. Was told that I required a surgical extraction, and had to pre-pay over $400. The extraction took less than a minute, and was by any definition a simple extraction. The dentist refused to redo the paperwork and refund me the difference. Stay away from this POS.
