Technologist checked me in and in a matter of minutes took me to the Radiology Department. She was very friendly and helpful. The X-rays only took a few minutes and I was free to go. No glitches, no problems, just the way a medical appointment should be!

Saw Theresa Nguyen, Licensed Optician at Vision Essentials Kaiser Permanente at North Arundel today. She was prompt, polite, patient thru my million questions, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and found me a terrific pair of eyeglasses. In & out in 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a better experience! Very Highly Recommended!
Upon return to pick up my eyeglasses Theresa was very polite & professional. Even when I came back in 20 minutes later for further adjustment! Highly professional & helpful!
