Worst customer service ever I have went 2 times and these guys are the most a holes u will ever meet you will find out when go I'd rather drive 15-30 more minutes just to shoot else where and I live like 5 mins away. I agree with the previous post, they do not care about your service at all. They have more ridiculous rules than anywhere I have ever been. The blonde dude who works there thinks he is better than you and wants to make sure that you know he is in charge. My most recent time in there (today) was the last straw. I walked in to join two other friends who each already were on their own lanes. And my buddy told them I was coming. I went in to go to the lane and told him about my buddy. He told that I couldn't go in. I rang them as a single and he can't change that. So I couldn't go in and he moved on to the next customer. I was annoyed and mumbled that this place has some ridiculous rules. His reply was "I was getting ready to help you out (which he wasn't) and you jump in my s**t!" So I turned to walk out and he yelled "I don't make the rules! And yeah you leave. We don't need a f***ing dirt bag like you here anyhow!"



So thanks to the blonde Dirty Harry they won't have me there. OnTarget is much better with faculties as well as customer service.
