They shrunk two of my boiled wool sweaters. I filed a claim in June, have followed up periodically and have been contacted by different managers and have not received compensation for my damaged sweaters. The last call I received was very unprofessional; the person who contacted me would not give me his name. I have left messages and am waiting for a response. I will never use this Zips again.

For the service, they should charged 50 cents for any item. I crossed my fingers every time I put my clothes there. I thought maybe I would wash and then take my clothes to Zip dry cleaner, WRONG, they still mess that up
