I went in for the first time yesterday looking for a replacement part for my desktop vape and was greeted rather rudely by the employee behind the counter. I told him I what I was looking for and instead of admitting he didn't know what it was, he decided to try to make me look and feel dumb. He even had his little buddy (just visiting, not an employee) laughing at my request. He told me I was confused and that I must think I was in a plumbing supply store (I needed replacement tubing for a whip.) I googled an image of what I was looking for and he finally said "oh no I've never seen anything like that in here or at all ever and I've been smoking for four WHOLE YEARS!!!" I couldn't help but laugh! Four whole years, huh? Wow! Impressive! Management should train staff better, even if they don't carry certain products - staff should at least know what it is they do not carry instead of trying to convince customers that they've confused as to what type of establishment they're in

Thank you to Tammy, the store owner for all of her knowledgable help. They carry good lines of all things vape and are continuing to grow. They take suggestions from their customers and will order products you like. Will be back as my regular go to place. Thank you again and best of luck :)
