We have been going to Family Dental Care for over 20 years. Starting with them as newly weds, then added a family of 5 children, and we have always been extremely pleased with Family Dental Care. Professionally they have Excellence shining through from the moment you walk through the door. At the same time they have always been so kind and gentle that our children actually looked forward to going to the dentist.

I was very confortable, and the service was amazing. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.

I came here for a crown and each time I have gone I have hardly had a waiting time, they've even gotten me in a few minutes earlier than expected. Dr. Beck is very decent and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've been a patient here for about 15 years. Service has always been wonderful!

Everyone is so nice & friendly, & recognizes me immediately even if I haven't seen them in months!

I couldn't have asked for better care! Dr. Beck was considerate and thoughtful on my visit for a crown. It took half the time I thought! I'm so glad we switched to his practice!

I've been coming to Glen Ellyn Family Dental Care for more than 25 years. I started coming as a child and now my wife and all 3 of my kids receive their cleanings and care here as well. The facility is wonderful and the staff always friendly and professional. We feel lucky to have such a wonderful resource in our community!

My family and I have been coming here for ver 5 years and we love Dr. Beck and the girls at the front desk. They are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to anyone. Even though we have moved out of Glen Ellyn, we continue to come here. We recommend this office to all families, you feel very special.

The Staff at GEFDC is great I would HIGHLY Recommend. Dr. Biagini made me a bridge that looks fantastic. I get compliments all the time from my friends.

This is the most comfortable Dental Office I have ever been to. The people that work there are all so friendly and knowledgeable of Insurance and the field they are in it is a very unique office. The Drs. are all professional and gentle. I have seen all three of them and I would highly recommend this practice.

I went in for a cleaning and dental work. The first time around I had just a cleaning and a check up. The dentist reprimanded his assistant just outside my room for the way she told him there was a patient waiting. I felt that was unprofessional and it made the situation a little uncomfortable. The second visit was for my cavities to be filled. The same dentist and the same assistant. The dentist looked down at me and said what a wonderful assistant the women was. It was more than a little weird and again I felt uncomfortable about the situation. During the procedure they dropped something in my mouth and did not take it out right away. Being that I'm laying down and have my mouth open the first instinct was to grab it out of the back of my throat as to not chock on it. I was reprimanded for doing so and was told they would take care of things like this, since there were other instruments in there. All in all I got a creepy unprofessional feeling about this place and will not return.

This dental clinic is absolutely the worst one that I have ever been to. I arrived for a consultation, before committing to a cleaning. The hygeinist was horrible. She never introduced herself to me, she hardly talked to me, and never explained what she was doing. She jammed one piece of the x-ray equipment so far into the back of my mouth, she hit the gag reflex and I thought I was going to vomit. Another she banged against my teeth so hard I thought for sure she was going to crack them. And I am not a person who gets squeemish about stuff like that. Then the dentist came in, and recommended that I have nearly $1000 of dental work done, despite the fact that there was no actual diagnosis (no cavities, no cracked teeth, nothing). I tried to have them explain the costs to me, and they just gave me a folder and they hurried me to the front desk to make the next appointment. Needless to say, I did not make another appointment. When I got home I opened the folder they had given to me, and

doctors are very friendly, wait times are not too bad - i would definitelty recommend.

This practice really makes you feel like you are part of their family. From the moment you walk in from the time you leave EVERYONE is there to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly reccomend this practice to everyone from old to young.
