Upon entering Wakita of Japan, you are surrounded by traditional Japanese decor. It is beautiful. More importantly, the food is delicious. My husband and I have been looking for a great Japanese restaurant and we've found it. We shared a sushi combination and a bento box so we could have a little bit of everything and I'm glad we did. The sushi rice was a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors and the raw and cooked fish were exceptionally fresh. The dumplings, rolls, teriyaki and tempura were perfectly cooked and so flavorful that one really didn't need the accompanying sauces. We also felt that the customer gets a lot of food for the money spent. Both of us wanted to eat more, but were so gorged upon dining on the succulent feast that we couldn't quite finish. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.
