Stay away. We did not hire Dennis McGrath, rather we inherited a warranty he issued to the people we bought our home from. At the time of our home inspection we had 3 different professionals, including another exterminator, tell us that they could not determine whether the termite signs we saw were new or old. All 3 of them told us that a professional exterminator would have wiped away the signs and would have drawn a map of the locations, so they could periodically inspect and determine whether there is new activity. Within the year of purchasing our home, we had Dennis come to our home to review what we saw. From the moment he walked into our home, he was unprofessional and belligerent. His first question was whether we were renewing the warranty. When we told him that we wanted him to look in the basement and determine whether the signs are new - he said they are not - without looking. We said how do you know and he said because he treated it years ago. He never answered our questions. After him interrupting and arguing with us, he walked out of our home when we told him we would not be renewing the warranty. I clearly would not want to give him any of our money. We will hire a true professional and unfortunately probably have to have a full treatment to be comfortable for the future.
