HORRIBLE!!!!! I brought my comforter in for cleaning on a Wednesday, was promised Tuesday by 5pm (before thanksgiving when I would be having company no less) -- I went to pick it up Weds at 1115 am-- the comforter was not even started on. The owner then called me, promising same day delivery-- never showed!! They finally delivered SAT night! Wrinkled, damp, and the interior of the comforter bunched up! It's lumpy and has WHAT look like solvent stains!!! BEWARE
