Provided by YP.comI had called and messaged about booking a cabin on September 1st due to the website says off season starts September. I was then confirmed on the messenger I called and was told the complete opposite from website and they of course chose the option that would make more money instead of the cheaper route since it's clearly messed up on the website . They did not work with me as I was open to even paying the 150 for the cabin. They then decided to hurry and change the website to make my argument obsolete. I luckily took a snap shot before they changed the website.

Provided by YP.comtook my kids out to Fossil Rim today for the first time. I've never seen either of them with bigger smiles on their faces. On a hot day like today I really didn't feel like walking around the Zoo, i was able to sit in my AC and drive them through the park. I agree with the person that mentioned a Safari because it was like having my kids on our own personal safari trip. We will be returning. A++++++++

Provided by YP.commy family and I have always been members and fans of the Fort Worth Zoo but after taking the family to Fossil Rim this weekend I think the kids have found a new favorite place to see wildlife. It was an amazing experience and I'm sure we will go time and time again.

Provided by YP.comwho ever knew I could go on a Safari in Texas??? We drove out to Granbury from Fort Worth to see a band play at Rio Brazos and made a weekend of it. We wanted something to do Saturday before the drive back and found this little diamond in the rough! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I know it's probably something you normally bring your kids to, but we had just as much fun as two 30 somethings ;)
I would highly recommend anyone to give Fossil Rim a visit. If you like going to the zoo you will LOVE this place even more. Getting to feed the animals right from my hand while sitting in my jeep was really an experience I can't even put into words. But, when they say "dont' feed the zebras" I would take their advice! lol eager little fellows to say the least. Thanks for a great close to our weekend.

Provided by YP.comSuch a GREAT experience! I think adults will love this place just as much as the kiddos... so fun to watch their faces when the Giraffe reaches in to gently take food from them.... so beautiful.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Unique Experience to drive out to Fossil Rim Wildlife Center :)

Provided by YP.comSuch a wonderful place to visit with the kiddos. We had a beautiful day driving through Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and feeding all the animals as they came up to our truck. We were able to take GREAT pictures. The staff is friendly and the entire drive through the park was enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a little getaway to take a drive out and visit Fossil Rim.
