Horrible experience, if i was able to give him zero star i would. Lets start by saying that my dogs were only there for 7 days. At pick up i asked the guy if there any issue while we were gone, he replied no. Then after getting to the kennel my dogs were both housed in, i notice a cut under one of my dogs eyes. The guy says oh yeah they were playing and one got carried away. I just asked if there were any issues. The bite not so big a deal, but I expected at LEAST a phone call from him to inform me that this happened. On to the next horror story, they were covered in urine! The white parts on my dogs rear legs were YELLOW! They both smelled really bad and I had to give them a bath and will be getting the inside of my truck shampooed due to the smell. I have had to kennel by dogs a total of 4 times, never have I ever had any such issues at a kennel.

Called to kennel my dog for a weekend, and they were all booked, which was fine! However, the second they found out my dog was a Rottweiler they would not even consider her... She is by far one of the sweetest dogs I have ever had or met. Pretty sad if you ask me. Also, it says nothing on their website about not taking certain dogs. So if you have a Rottweiler or pitbull don't even think of calling them. I also gave them one star because I heard good things. However, after this incident I would not recommend them.

Our pets love to go to Overton Country Kennels, We love it because we get to bring our own pet food witch is less stress on our dogs, they are stressed enough. They are a small kennel but big to us because they care for our pets as if they were there own. The only thing we wish for this kennel is if they sometimes had more room.

A small family owned business. Friendly service. They only have a few kennels, but they take great care of your dogs and have very reasonable prices.
