This is by far the VERY BEST pawn shop in all of Arizona, never have I ever experienced such a warm friendly family feeling, I hate being taken advantage of and so before I sold my scrap gold I called all over to get the best prices, they paid the most for gold! I recently had to pawn some items and once again had a great experience! I can honestly say you always know you'll get the most for your items and pay the least for quality items. I'll always take all my business here.

I need to say that last week I had a situation that required me to use the services of a Pawn Shop and went to Gold By The Gram to do this. Just as I walked through the door, a tall man walked up to me and put out his hand to shake mine. His name is Joe and he immediately introduced me to his wife Susan. Telling him I had some gold and stones I needed to sell he led me to the counter where I pulled out my items. Using some very impressive equipment he weighed the (rather thick) gold chains and gave me a 'gold value' and I thought that was it. He then pulled out still another rather impressive piece of equipment and tested the stones that were encrusted into the gold chains and then on top of that he was able to, after some magnified checking, he was able to discover a 'makers mark' which I didn't know was there and explained that the maker of the chains made a difference in the price. (I keep saying 'he' but his wife Susan was helping during all of this). After coming to a final value he asked if I wanted to Pawn or outright sell the items. Jokingly I said, "can I do half and half" and his reply was "sure". Long story short I walked out of that shop with twice the money I was trying to get and the paper work showing I could redeem the one chain I had pawned and gave me the same amount of money for it as he did for the one he purchased outright. These guys really know how to do business and treat a person like a person instead of just another transaction. As I was turning to leave the woman (Susan) came to me and gave me a slight hug and wished me a lot of luck and success in my particular time of need. I had never met these people before but I have to say that I will go back to Gold By The Gram many time in the future and sincerely recommend this Pawn Shop to any and all who need such services. Thank you Joe and Susan for your outstanding service and understanding.

I walked into this store not knowing what was going to happen. I was only there out of necessity and not only did they handle my fragile, emotional state with kindness, they went out of their way to ensure I received great service. The owners were kind and friendly. I have done business with them on more than one occasion and while I hope to never be in the same situation again, I know this is where I would go. Thanks for all you do!

Every experience I've had has been fantastic very friendly staff and great prices.

You need to go check these guys out. The owner's are very knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Great variety of items. Lots of different things to see. This is not your typical pawn shop. This store is what I would imagine how PawnStars started out. These guys have given me top dollar for my traded items. Just check them out, I don't think you will regret it.
