Sorry to hear that other person didn't have a good experience with this company. I saw a dramatic improvement at the end of my 5 sessions. I know they don't offer a guarantee (what else is she not telling the truth about?) but they do have exceptional prices! Just call around & compare. I do recommend this place all the time!

I received 8 treatments of laser hair removal, my skin is in worse condition thatn before I started. Not even a little improvement. When I brought this to Kim's attention she didn't want to help me, or refund my money, or offer me free treatments, which in their satisfaction guarantee..its says after 6 treatments, if hair still grows in the area..they will perform free treatments to completely remove it. She hung up on me 5 times, and when I went to get a copy of my contract she kicked me out and called the police. She is a witch, she doesn't know how to handle a situation that could have easily been solved. I have paid hundred of dollars for nothing, I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. She is rude, unprofessional, and I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. The technician even told me the machine was not working properly, and it was damamged...yet she failed to reimburse me for my 8 sessions. I am extremely unhappy, and worse..my skin hasnt improved at all.
