Great experience Superior customer service My little girl died Saturday evening I brought Her to them and they were kind compassionate caring I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation without hesitation thank you for everything you did

They do not return call and have a bogus email. If this company actually exists they do a poor job at maintaining customers and addressing their concerns. I have never been so disappointed in a company. The first time I called was July of last year when my 8 year old dog passed away. I needed assistance with pick up. No response. This second time I called to get assistance with taking his sister to the emergency clinic because she is over 70 pounds but was bleeding and was experiencing pyometra, which needed emergency surgery. I called twice on Friday morning and left an email but received no responses (It is now Monday). I urge everyone to look elsewhere for assistance with their pets. There are other companies out there who care and are understanding of the difficulties you are facing personally. You and your pets deserve more. If you are understaffed or can't provide the services and during the hours you provided then don't say that you can!

I had squirrels living in my roof and contacted this service to remove them for me. I was very pleased with the service and care I recieved. The serviceman was professional and courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done to me. And the Squirrels were captured and removed very quickly. They were even able to seal up the openings to keep other animals out. I would definetley reccommend this company to friends.
