What are the nicest steakhouses I've ever visited. A little pricey but well worth it. You owe it to yourself to have a great experience

VERY disappointed

I love brunch on the weekend. I have been driving by this new restaurant (Arrowhead Grill) that has a banner advertising their Saturday/Sunday brunch. I was looking forward to seeing their culinary creations!

I finally got the chance to drop by this weekend. My family and I arrived about five minutes before they opened at 11:00AM, so we waited on the patio (where I love to dine whenever a place has accommodations). At 11:00AM we saw the hostess unlock the front doors, and were looking forward to meeting our server and seeing the new menu!

It was not meant to be. . .

We waited until 11:15 for a server to come out to the patio (we should have been easily noticed through the windows). We finally got tired of waiting, and left.

The moral of the story . . . this new business was NOT prepared to make a good (much less a great) first impression. This business owner did not take the necessary steps to ensure success. In this case, EVERY customer is a NEW CUSTOMER. They had a chance to make a first impression, and failed miserably.

If this restaurant pays no attention to select the best staff and management to serve Customers, I can't imagine what happens in the back of the house (kitchen, prep, etc.) I'm afraid the Arrowhead Grill will end up in the graveyard of so many other start up restaurants, simply because they fail to execute the most fundamental priority - SERVICE.

Curiosity may take me back, but not likely. I will continue to enjoy Mimi's Cafe on 75th Avenue & Bell.
