Terrible experience. I was traveling outside the country when the refrigerator stopped working. My wife hired Dennis to fix it. Dennis took our money ( $450 ) and took over a month to beat behind the bush. During this entire month, my wife and 3 little kids stayed without a refrigerator. We lost our money since he never fixed it. I just came back, hired Sears to do the job and they fixed it in less than an hour. What a waste of time and money. This Guy has no heart, will not refund the money and answer the phone call.

LET ME START BY SAYING THIS CAR ACTOR MADE THREATS SAYING HIS GRANDMOTHER SAYS..... HE CAME OUT TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE TO FIX WASHER CHARGED 90.00 AND PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED ... THEN CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY CHARGES LABOR AGAIN TAKES THINGS APART LEAVES SCREWS COVERS DISASSEMBLED CUTS WIRES UNIT STILL DOESN'T WORK WE DECIDED NOT TO PAY HIM TIL WE ARE SURE ... WELL UNIT STARTS SENDING ERROR CODES WELL HE HAS THREATENED US TO THE POINT OF HAVING TO CALL POLICE INC # 20014/458RDS PHOENIX POLICE IF YOU ARE SMART DO NOT CONTACT THIS GUY RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD THEY HAVE NO RIGHT BEING IN BUSINESS DENNIS IS A JOKE DO NOT USE I HAVE CONTACTED IRS---- BBB ---- 3 TV---- ROC THEY DO NOT CARRY ANY LIC AGAIN THEY ARE A FRAUD ... AT THIS POINT I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY REPLACED EVERYTHING

I want to say that Dennis with Artika Appliance Repair has always done a good job for me. I have rental properties and when I need an Appliance repaired Dennis is always able to get to the job quick and make the repair in a timely manner. He is always professional and I have been very pleased with his work. I will continue to use him as my go to appliance repair guy. His prices are fair and reasonable. the last repair he did for me was on a dishwasher and a dryer and he did a great job! Thanks Artika!

I contacted them to repair our A/C. Courteous on the phone, arrived on time, described the problem, provided the repair options with original and aftermarket part, tested the a/c after repair in cool and heat modes, and handed the invoice with a business card. One more thing: honored advertised discount of 15%, that was very nice, considering i didnt ask about it. I just mentioned i had a recent surgery, and he said there is 15% off to first time clients. That made my day!

This were the only place which repaired my refrigirator and my air conditioning system. Their service is amazing and fast. Plus their prices are reasonable and I would even say it is cheap for their service!

I ws skeptical of Artika Air at first. What kind of company is able to show 15 minutes after calling and arrives in sporty new car with a company logo instead of a beat up truck? But Dennis suprised me in every way. He was knowledgible and friendly, and even invited me up to the roof to show me the inner workings and details of the A/C units and the work that was needed. Not only were the prices cheaper than any othr company I had quotes from, but I was given options so I could pick what worked best for me.



Artika Air is different from other companies, and that's why I'll be calling them next time.

In the afternoon, I noticed my ac was hot air. I went to yellow pages and found this company. They had good reviews and I decided to give it a shot. Technician came in a few hours and found a leak in my system. He was nice, honest and professional and explained how the system works. It took him a few hours to have it fixed and it cost me quite a bit, but I called the other companies while he was working and his price was more than fair. So I think they truly deserve a five star rating and thats why I decided to share my experience with them.

This was the second time we called Dennis. The first time he fixed our refrigerator and today out washer. Both times he was able to show up at our house within an hour of calling him and refrigerator was fixed next day and washer was fixed immediately. I strongly recommend this company for their quality work, affordable pricing, and quick response.

This company and the technician Dennis was very helpful in repairing my stove in a timely and professional manner....extra thanks to Dennis for coming on such short notice late on a Sunday nite....keep up the good work.

I has been actually asked to write the review, but they deserved it. Quickly, professionally, and inexpensively my washer was repaired. The appointment was scheduled for the same day, and I really liked I was called, when the technician (actually the owner) called me, when he was on the way. Greatly pleased with their service!

I found them via google. Their tagline is "low cost," and it truly was. I contacted ace air and precision air, and their estimate over the phone was higher. The compressor was replaced, and hopefully the low price will not affect the quality
