all this place cares about is the money! the first time I went in there with my sick cat they wanted me to spend an extra 80 dollars on things that didn't even relate to her sickness. and today I asked for more antibiotics because the first set didn't work. and they told me i couldn't pick them up today because the doctor already left and didn't fill out the prescription (hour and 15 minutes before they close)which is crap, because what happens to the rest of the patients, they don't see a doctor? im also on a wellness plan. you would think if im paying every month for the plan, I wouldn't have any problems, but I do. this is a horrible place! don't fall into there trap

Wish I could give a zero star rating. These people killed my dog during his teeth cleaning appointment. Sad part is that no one out of the multi billion dollar corporation cannot give me my money back that they have collected over the years. They are very wrong for what they did, and they need to step up to the plate! They are all now hiding and saying they did nothing wrong, obviously you did do something wrong and overdosed my dog. Beware of banfield, they have hundreds if not thousands of complaints against them. They only want their money, but when it comes to the customers concerns, they turn the other way, and cannot help. Thanks so much banfield! You are great people! Being sarcastic there. Complaints are being filed everywhere and people need to know who you guys really are. That is why the better business bureau will not even accredit them due to the huge amount of complaints. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until it was already too late for me.
