This place is absolutely horrible. I live out of state and rented this storage unit to keep some tools that I need for a few rental properties that I have in the Phoenix area. Therefore, I don't go into the unit very often. I was a few weeks late on rent but not that bad and when I called to make my December payment, I was told they couldn't find my info and would call me back but nobody did. I called again a few times and was finally told that they had closed out the unit and would check into the situation and call me back as to why they did that. I was really frustrated and asked them why and where my possessions went! Nobody called so I kept calling back and was eventually told that they went to move me out (still no reason as to why) and that the unit was empty. I asked them why they didn't call or e-mail or anything. I was told an area supervisor would contact me but nobody ever did. I eventually just filed a police report and may file insurance claim but not sure if I should do that or not because maybe it could affect my rates. Just a very frustrating experience and the personnel there were not responsible or reliable. My advice -- stay far away.
