I used to love this Pharmacy, however the last few months i have had the worst experiences with the rude team at cvs. Every time not sometimes everytime I get a dose increase they file it away because they are not reading it or comparing it to what's on file. I then have to argue with them and explain it's a dose increase and tell them that I know if it's a dose increase my insurance will fill it regardless of if it's too soon.duh because it's a DOSE increase.

Sincerely a pharmacy tech of 20 years. I'd never work at your pharmacy
