If you need to have this office deal with your insurance company, you better make darn sure they have provided the office code needed to process your insurance. We have been dealing with his staff for over 6 months trying to get a code to our insurance company to process a payment and because I can't pull a code out of my hat, it is up to them to provide and their failure has caused the lab to process a collection notice against us. They repeatedly said, we will take care of this for you and low and behold, between the lab and us, they have over 12 notices. This is something that could easily be done within 5 minutes, and their failure to accomplish has resulted in more time wasted and our credit at stake. Trust me, you do not want to deal with this medical office, there are plenty more around the valley that is much more competent and will at least give you the courtesy of a phone call.
