Ok..... So after fully looking into Advanced image Med spa, I was very uneasy about receiving treatment here. I must say that I am completely surprised at some of these reviews that I read. I did not witness any of the rudeness by any of the staff. To the contrary, everyone was so nice and welcoming. This was my very first time getting any cosmetic procedures so I was quite nervous. From walking in the door, to getting pictures taken, to meeting Dr. Iannitelli, who by the way was so sweet and helpful with recommending the proper treatment, getting the procedure done which by the way was not as painful as I thought it was going to be, to walking out the door, there was nothing but amazing staff. There was no pressure at all what so ever to purchase any products or trying to upsell any of their services. I have not idea where these terrible reviews are coming from. I am definitely going to be coming back for other procedures that I want to have done and would definitely recommend this office to anyone. In no way shape or form was I paid in any way or given any discounts for treatment or services. Thank you Advanced Image for an awesome first time experience.

When I arrived for my free consultation, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I was immediately impressed with the customer service. I decided to schedule an appointment for BBL with Kimmy. Kimmy arranged her schedule to fit me in. At the appointment, she fully explained every aspect of the procedure. I had a lot of questions. She took the time to discuss all of my concerns, before, during and after the procedure. She even stayed past closing time to make sure I was satisfied. She checked on my progress several times after the appointment to insure I was recovering as expected and that I was satisfied with the outcome. I am just thrilled with her work! I will continue to use Enhanced Image Medspa for future services. Thank you Kimmy.

I was trying to look for a site that could teach me how to eliminate my belly fats. I came across this site, and as I was reading their promotions (Special SculpSure Event), I found it interesting and near my place, so definitely convenient. I decided to go to the event and undergo their treatment and yes! I love it! They exceeded my expectations! The changes to my belly are quite evident. I am now more fit and sexier, thanks to Enhanced Image Med Spa.

I came in because I was given a gift certificate for a free no peel chemical peel. I had a free consultation with Dr. I, and bought some packages. Kimmy has done all my work so far and I absolutely love her. She's friendly, funny, gentle, and explains everything she is doing. She even called me the next morning to ask how I felt after my first photo facial procedure! I have been going there for a few months now, and I'm sure I'll be going there for quite some time.

I am so impressed with Enhanced Image Med Spa and in particular my amazing esthetician Kimmie! I started with laser hair removal treatments and was not sure what to expect but Kimmie talked me through the whole process. It is so easy and painless. I then decided to have two moles removed. I am so happy with my decision to have this procedure done at Enhanced Image Med Spa. Kimmie and Dr I performed the mole removal. After about a week I couldn't even tell there was ever a mole there! I highly recommend Enhanced Image Med Spa!

I've had two laser hair removal treatments (brazilian bikini) at Enhanced Image Medspa and the results have been fantastic! After the 2nd treatment, I barely need to shave. The staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming every time I have gone in. I've had laser hair removal treatments before and this has been the best experience.Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results, staff and cleanliness of Enhanced Image Medspa!

I went into this very nervous and heard lots of scary stories about the process of Laser Hair Removal. From the time I called and made my appointment with Kimmy, she put my mind at ease. She made this experience so pleasant. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and also will plan more treatments at the spa.

I've had several consultations looking to do something to help me feel better about myself but walked away feeling less than satisfied. Enhanced image med spa was recommended to me by a couple of friends and I went in for a consultation with Dr. Iannitelli. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable that I went ahead and took her suggestions. I've now had Voluma for my cheeks and skin resurfacing. I look like my old self again and I'm so happy with the whole process. The spa is beautiful, the staff was delightful, and my results were exactly what I was hoping for!You're the best!

FORGET EVERYTHING YOU EVER KNEW ABOUT LIPOSUCTION. YOU HAVE TO SEE WHAT THE BUZZ IS ABOUT HIGH DEFINITION. I went to one of Docs informative lectures about high definition liposuction. I was amazed at the quality and natural look to the pre and post results. I was amazed at how little downtime there was. I liked that there was hardly any bruising and that I was able to communicate with the doc during the procedure.(not knocked out to wake up unsure of everything). It has given me the confidence and incentive to continue and maintain a healthy lifestyle.!

I have had other Botox injections I the past and my injections by Dr. iannatelli were really the best I ever had. Kimmie also treated my "ugly spots" on my legs with the laser. My experience was fantastic. The information and follow up made me feel not just welcome but cared for. I highly recommend this office!

I was so happy to be contacted by Kimmie at Enhanced Image Med Spa...I had been trying to get results for some spider veins without much success...When Enhanced Image moved to the West side of the valley I got a very pleasant call from them. They had my number from years ago and I was thrilled to reconnect with them. Kimmie is so sweet and eager to help me. This new med spa has changed my life. I have struggles with my weight for years. While I changed my lifestyle and diet, I felt defeated by my belly fat. I spoke to Dr. Iannitelli about a little help from liposuction. I just needed a boost. This new med spa is first class. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and professional. When I visited the spa for a facial chemical peel procedure, Aesthetician Kimmy Cummins performed the procedure and was informative and attentive. The location is conveniently located off of Hwy 101 and Bell. Definitely worth a visit. Procedural costs are competitive as are package deals. Check it out.

I am a cancer survivor and the last several years of chemo and surgeries have taken their toll on my face. I wanted a way to brighten my face, make me look less tired, and just to look like my former vibrant self. I had a couple of laser facial treatments, Voluma for my cheeks, and some Botox and I look like my old self again. The entire staff was kind and helpful and Dr Iannitelli was terrific. I look completely natural and I couldn't be happier.
