Equity Auto Center, eh! Decent facility with a nice inventory of vehicles... THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES! Purchased a vehicle from them 3-4 weeks ago and didn't realize the humming noise I heard during the test drive was a faulty wheel bearing. I (not knowing what a faulty wheel bearing sounds like) assumed it was part of the EcoTec engine. Yeah! I was wrong. Thankfully, the vehicle still had the manufacturer warranties and I was able to get the part replaced at no cost. BUYER BEWARE! INSPECT THE VEHICLE THOROUGHLY BEFORE PURCHASING IT!!!

These guys rock! I dont know what the rest of these people are talking about as long as you let them know that you mean business and no BS! YOU ARE GOOD!!!!! WHATEVER THEY SAY TO YOU YOU SAY THE OPPOSITE! SAY NO MORE OFTEN and THEN GET THEM FOLLOWING YOU AND instead of YOU FOLLOWING THEM..... I have been trying to get a hold of Equity for some time to resolve some problems regarding receiving my car title. I bought and financed a car through them last September and paid off my loan in April. The loan company claims Equity holds the title. It is now August and I have still not gotten my title or any helpful response from employees. Emails and voice messages go unanswered and on the rare occasion that I have talked to a person, they didn't know what was going on and said they'd have to look into it and have not responded. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Equity and would not recommend it to anyone.

WOAH! IGNORE THOSE FAKE 5 STARS! What a sad sack of lying thieves! DO NOT EVEN SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE!

Tried to buy a car and they forced all sorts of strange contracts including arbitration agreement!? Well ge tthis the car they tried to sell us was reacquired as a lemon and when i took the carfax to an actual dealer they said the page about the lemon reacquisition was missing as if someone with access to the system simply deleted the info about this car!



Was it stolen? Was it a lemon and someone lied about the paperwork so these clowns could try and pawn it off on some poor unsuspecting soul? They advertise low prices because thier cars are reacquired lemons, but the people behind this business are even worse. Heres what happens next.



They agree to take a trade in, take my car and let us drive away in a new car, luckily our agreement required a cosigner. Once we realized the documentation on the car they tried to sell us was fraudulent or showed signs of some sort of foul play we refused to complete the deal. Then they asked for the car back and refused to return our car. they threatened to report thier car stolen and claimed they couldnt get our car back.



Eventually they realized we were about to do the same and pulled thier sad pathedic heads out of thier asses and returned the vehicle.



They play christian music and act happy nice and friendly but they are screwing you left and right. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!!!

I saved money here but best of all they had the nicest sales woman working here which is something you hardly see, about time. I will be recommending friends and family here.

I enjoyed my visit to purchase a car today everyone was very friendly they all worked together as a group no one step on anybody’s toes. I am glad I came here they were able to get me into the car I wanted hassle free. Thank you everyone who helped make this possible.

Everyone was very helpful during my car buying experience. I felt no pressure to buy they gave me a great deal I said I needed time to think and they were still very nice and said take all the time you need which is usually not the response you get from salesman.
