I am writing in regards to the service that I received at your location on Saturday, November 8 2014.



I came in for a wash and was convinced to have the VIP and a wax for $45.00. I told the attendant, Luis, that there was a lot of bugs on the hood and front that I wanted to make sure and get off. He told me with the what I had purchased that would be done.



When I returned to my car, I was very disappointed. The car had been waxed but there was some wax still on the car. Also, the bugs had not been removed and some dirt had not been removed. I walked around the car and pointed this out and there was a small amount of extra cleaning. Then another person(in a white shirt who did not introduce himself) came over and asked if everything was good and I told him it was not. I pointed out that there were still bugs on the car and that there was dirt around the door jams. He said that was something that would be done if I had paid for a $300 detail like another automobile he pointed to close by. I told him that is not what I was told. He did very little to address the bugs and the dirt on the door jams.



After leaving the car wash, I noticed that the windows were coated with the cleaning agent used on the dash. Also, the windows were still dirty and some dirt and grime that were on the windows when I arrived was still there!!! I had to clean the windows myself and removed was myself and removed bugs myself.



I am VERY disappointed with this service and Francis and Sons car wash. I will not be returning to this location and will make an effort to let others know not to use this location.
