If you want it done right with a laid back down south politeness.

I went to O'Riley Auto Parts on the 3100 BLK of East Indian School Road with some questions about a possible electrical issue because I was blowing fuses evey other week and my key would not come out of the ignition of my 1993 Lincoln Town car when I put the car in park and turned the car off. I had to put the car in neutral turn it off, then in park. The guy ther (I hate I don't remember his name) came out and helped me for about 30 minutes w/ the problem. After no success he said that it appeared electrical and that he "goes no wher else for electrical issues except Glendale Auto Electric (GAE). I called the next day spoke directly to the owner named Steve. This guy was an old sage when it came to his vast knowledge of automotive electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair! He spoke to me for over 30 minutes (some people think that's long winded...I differ, I guess it's because Steve and I are both from the south). He gave me a price for his initial diagnostic that he guaranteed he would find out the problem using several different angles (some textbook, others were like home grandma's home remedies) for a price that was so low that ($50 or less) I couldn't believe it because everyone else charges $85-$150) for the same thing and don't guarantee that they'll find the issue. He gave me the D-I-Y option of fixing it on my own with him telling me the general instructions, and the opportunity to deceide if the repai itself would be a practical ecnomic long term solution. I got to the shop, he retreived my VIN, offered me a ice cold soda, and went to AllData and another source for the wiring schematics (Chinese to me), explained to me a few quick details about my vehicle, went out to the car with some tools and by the time I took my last sip of soda...HE WAS DONE! He said it was a simple wire in the column that had become exposed. He had not only replaced itm he had fixed the cigarette lighter up front that wasn't working. Then he said it was "NO CHARGE" I had to almost strong arm the man to take my money. Now wher do you find those kind of values and customer service today??? No where! Siimply put. I won't go anywhere else. I recommend him to everone. I'm writing this review right now because I just recommended a guy I know to him and saw this site when I was looking to give him the info. Go call Steve and his guys TODAY!
