i have been going to this location for over 5 years this year WILL BE MY LAST somehow my account number got messed up and they automatically sent me a check instead of calling me i was supposed to get my check on the 18th of feb. now it is into march and NOBODY can tell me where my check is the store manager there is incopetent and will not return my calls the only time she called me was when i asked for the district managers number and then she wouldnt give it to me even the guy that did my taxes has yet to call me the only person there that is trying is a gal named stephanie i have been told 3 diffrent stories and still waiting for a check there is absolutely no courtesey in the customer service from the store manager and it is just plain lack of leadership and customer service from the manager and half the people there
