I am so glad to find Home Again Medical, they have provided my mother the necessary shower chair and have offer ideas for safety around the house, things I had not even considered. Thank you for your assistance, because of this I was able to get my mother home from the hospital with less stress.....

I called Home Again Medical today to see of they accept AARP Medicare Complete as I needed a new cushion for my power chair. Spoke with Dusty who promptly informed me that they don't accept insurance for cushions, cash only. Then he dropped right into his sales pitch about what type of cushion I needed. Dusty, I hope your company changes its policy as I as someone on disability cannot afford to pay cash for a cushion I depend on my insurance to help me get the things I need. I have been in a chair for over ten years, I know what kind of cushion and need and what I want. Good luck with that CASH ONLY policy. I will also be filing a complaint with Medicare and United Healthcare and Secure Horizons.
