When you are shown an apartment all rooms freezing. When you move in, hot as hell. A/C air blocked, rigged to flow thru tiny vent from living room To bedroom Vent approximately 3 ft off floor, 7x5. Little to no air gets to bedroom. Is 2:30 a.m. A/c won't even come on and stay on. 93 degrees at 2:30 a.m. We are drenched, no sleep. Somehow someway this has to be fixed or there will be more vacant units to fill. Love this place but why do I pay for electricity for an old Bates Motel a/c that won't cool apartment? Feel totally mislead. Told mgmt was really cold when saw apartment and moved in. Then they covered most of entire unit in metal plates, keeping air from living room in order to force air to tiny vent. This doesn't work. Many residents want help w/this situation. It is killing my tiny dog is so hot. Am so upset and hot feel is about to give me heart attack. Want to die of heat stroke come live here. It will happen. Why is this place Blocking air, trying to rig so air goes to bedroom? Makes zero sense. Please. We need air in hot arid Kachina Place. No response to calls. Totally ignored. Get tenants in and ignore cries for help. Unreal!!!!!!!!!
