Tim was amazing and very helpful. He was very personable and explained all aspects to my purchase.
Overall I left very satisfied with my purchase. I never had a better shopping experience all thanks to Tim.

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. Do not believe anything they say and I wouldn’t purchase anything from here. Everything we have has ended up with a “manufactured defect”. They schedule delivery for one time and the day of text you with a even later time of the day. This has been my worst experience ever.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- Reminded every time I sit on my 18 month old couch, the "Full Leather Seating" is deteriorating -- we bought the extended warranty but it is not covered, it's a manufacturers defect and that is not covered after 1 year. SHAME ON YOU MOR FURNITURE -- you did not even return my calls when you said you would!! DO NOT BUY THEIR OVERPRICED LOW QUALITY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful selection patient non hovering sales people. Mike Alexander was informative and not @ all pressuring. Looked at a few other places but decided on Mor. Love my furniture and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Mor was the whole package!

Ron Dalaly was our salesperson and he was excellent! We have been customers for several years and we really enjoy the Special VIP Events that the store offers. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. We definitely give Mor 5 stars!!!

Rating 0 -Well, I was originally so excited shopping on Labor Day furniture - tons of sales, I was moving to a new place and wanted some new furniture. I found what I was looking for and at the end of the process I noticed 199.99 for delivery. He said oh don't worry the system for some reason didn't remove it but by time you get your bill it will be gone because its either tax or delivery not both. I never felt comfortable with that and I called salesman back twice about it and he said no worries if its on there 30-45 days from now when you get your bill just bring it in and my manager can fix it. Wrong! Liar, liar pants on fire not only did it not get taken off by the manager who could not care less- she said that wasn't even the promotion for that weekend. I said I don't care I told him I wouldn't buy the furniture if you are going to charge me $200 to delivery it! He just wanted the sale and probably figured I would forget about it. Again WRONG! So I think I need to warn the public READ EVERYTHING and don't leave until you have the corrections in your hand!! I work hard for my money and I didn't have $200 to throw in the street.....lesson learned!!

My personal experience and rating with Mor Furniture Rating -0 yes negative ZERO they will sale you the furniture and add insurance (extended warranty) to it that you would think it works for you! But no it works for them to take your money after few months the furniture was damaged manufactures’ defect they did not bother and answer the phone for days!!! Finally reach someone to talk to and then I was told that is not covers I will have to pay them to come out look at it and then pay for reparse so will I go back to them NO will I recommend Mor furniture to anyone NO

We purchased a matching couch, sofa, reclining sofa, coffee table and end table in early 2010 all for around $1500. We thought we got a fabulous deal of course. A little over a year later and the chair is broken beyond repair, just from normal use. The coffee table isn't very durable, it dings up and gouges easily. Next time we'll pay the money and get a lazy boy chair and won't go cheap on furniture again. You get what you pay for!!

they say things are a gift, and then return the mattress, and you have to pay for the gifted pillows (89.00) each. What, ????now I have to pay for my FREE GIFT? Pillows are non-returnable. I dont want the pillows . Where do they get off on chargeing 89.00. I can getr DOWN PILLOWS, for that price.I think I will go to KPHOTELL IT LIKE IT ISthey seem to get things settled, pretty fast.

I entered the Mor furniture store on 59th Ave and Bell Rd. when I was greeted by John Williams. He immediatly introduced himself and asked if he could be of assistance. I was in hurry and I did know what I was looking for so he pointed me in to the sofa area and said that he would let me look around and if I had questions he would happily answer any questions.I appreciated the fact that John did not "hover" around and put "presssure" on me as I shopped. I felt very comfortable with all the answers John provided and I did make the decision to make a purchase! I am so happy with the entire customer service process John provided, and I do know I will be back to shop and purchase that entertainment set I saw at the store! John, you truly are knowledgable and you provided that extra customer service touch that lacks in most retail businesses...
