Although the food is good, the owner is a jerk.Been eating here for years and will never go back because the owner had enough nerve to tell me I screwed up and not him. We ordered wings with medium sauce on the side, to be specific medium sauce on the side . And they said unsauced no problem. After making a long drive to get the food and the long drive back the wings were smothered in sauce. And had extra sauce on the side. When I called the first person that answered basically said I lied and it's my mistake . He said you have to say plain. When I asked if a customer says put the sauce on the side shouldn't it be plain he said it's not like that. So I asked to speak with the owner. Whe I said needed them remade and brought to me because I have 2 toddlers waiting to eat i cant drive back and that my pizza would be cold he said oh well that's how it's got to be it was my mistake not his. Tried explaining my toddlers are staring at the wings and now they cant eat them because they are too hot. He said only way to do this is drive back and pick them up. I wasnt going to make another 20 minute drive. I told him that this was bad business and he said oh well. When I informed hi. I would post a complaint he said go right ahead and do that. Horrible owner of a business. Willing to lose a client because he screwed up and wouldn't fix it . In today's business world you need good customer service and he sure as hell doesn't. This is someone that shouldn't be an owner of a "family pizza establishment " he has ruined Ninos vision and should be ashamed.
