We have taken 4 of our cats and a bull terrier to be fixed, and get their shots. Periodically they have specials listed on craigslist for free spay or neuter, but there is a charge of $45 which includes rabies shot, basic vaccinations and pain meds. We took advantage of this offer since we had so many to take care of and they were VERY GOOD. I think the scheduler on the phone needs to be a little clearer about locations & times, but all in all, we are very happy. And now we don't have to keep the females separated from the males in our household. These folks are dedicated to reducing the pet-overpopulation problem in Maricopa County. I certainly hope others appreciate their services as much a we do!
