Provided by YP.comWe took our first trip, and certainly not our last, with Out West Tours on Saturday. We went to Winslow, AZ, to see the La Posada Hotel. It was a great experience, lunch was wonderful and this hotel from the railroad times and the Harvey Girls was really interesting.

Provided by YP.comHad a death in the family, and was 4 days before trip. Called to see about a refund, or able to get a new trip. Was told no, only thing was getting 25% minus other charges. So would end up getting less than the 25%. Would not recommend using this Tour company
