I used to know a manager at this location that "really" cared. He treated the job like a career he was completely invested in. But the ownership didn't take their own business seriously and drove him out, having him do the minimum with customers. While he was there, I loved being a customer. Since he's been gone, it's been nothing but punk-teens that make you wait 15 minutes at the counter waiting just to be acknowledged, etc.

on 08/05/09 my family called for takeout at about 8:48 pm. I called for pan crust pizza and boneless wings. I was told it would be delivered by 9:30. I called back at 9:45 to find out where my food was,I was told they called me at 8:57 and left message to say they were out of pan crust.But they did'nt want to not send out a pizza so they sent hand tossed."Okay wheres my pizza? They said it was sent out 20 minutes ago,did'nt know why it was'nt there yet. (I live 2 miles from this location). The semi cold pizza came! 10 minutes later. They offered me a 10 dollar credit for the inconvenience. PASS!
